Carpentry Proficient in framing, sheeting, stain-grade trim work, hanging doors, installing hardware, setting windows, etc.
Possess mathematical and analytical skills necessary to do material estimates.
Ability to install mill work.
Ability to set ceramic and vinyl tile.
Ability to frame and sheetrock.
Other Skills Ability to learn and install-test-troubleshoot-repair electrical-based equipment, single-phase & three-phase electrical systems.
Ability to learn and run simple plumbing setups.
Ability to cross-train in other skills sets according to the needs of the job.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills Able to understand verbal and written instructions.
Adept at establishing relationships with all parties involved in the construction process that facilitates harmonious working relationships during the project, and permit prompt resolution of problems and conflicts as they occur.
Organizational Skills Able to complete and fulfill paperwork required for personal time sheets in a timely manner.
