Takes an accurate and complete medical history utilizing appropriate information from the patient, family and medical record.
Continually updates and documents assessments as conditions change, following unit documentation standards.
Expected to hit the ground running with minimal orientation and be flexible with work schedule.
Ability to adapt to each facility's specific processes.
