Orange County apartment complex looking for a full time Maintenance Tech.
Job requirements:
Must have experience with plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall Ability to complete maintenance job in a timelu and satisfactory manner Must be agle to work well with current stagg and tenants Must be able to live on site.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
