Minimum age 23 years old Minimum of 6 months driving in the past 36 months No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years No speeding tickets 20 or more in the past 3 years.

Qualifications:
No Felonies in the past 5 years (from conviction date) No DUI in the past 5 years No Reckless or Careless driving charges in the past 5 years Hazmat is not required.
It is optional and pays 5 cpm extra.
