Sous Chef
Treeo - Orem is looking for a Sous Chef with experience in the restaurant industry as well as experience in management. We don't just want someone that can cook, but also has a vision for five-star fun! We are redefining the retirement industry!
This position will act as a departmental manager and report directly to the General Manager.
You will play a vital role in the community by leading staff members to provide consistent top of the line dining experiences and high quality, appealing meals for our residents.
Your dynamic leadership combined with superior communication skills, a high degree of professionalism and team leadership will be instrumental.
Prior progressive management experience in the corporate restaurant environment, hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
Prior experience working with a POS system on both the back- and front-of-house is a plus.
