Billing/Accounting Process Implementator - Franklin, TN - Contract
Frontline Source Group - temporary staffing and direct hire firm - is offering an excellent opportunity to join the team of one of our Franklin clients.
Seeking someone to set up the billing and accounting invoicing process with software Workamajig.
Responsibilities:
Understanding projects, what the billing expectations are for access to contracts, and managing the contract process .
Understanding of invoice process in accounting
Help create and document the improved processes for invoicing and any connections to the issues below.
Recognizing revenue - difference between fixed fee billing and advance bill in Workamajig
Postage - be able to estimate, bill, collect AR, post AP against, reconcile and either provide a credit or additional invoice to the client for an item that we don't want to see in our revenue or cost categories and in most billing reports
Implementing any media within Workamajig
Reporting for Billing, Revenue Forecast, and Profitability including effective hourly rates
Ability to set up other accounting and billing needs as requested with Workamajig
