In-state travel is required. An acceptable driving record for the last 39 months is required including no DUI, suspensions or revocations, and less than 8 points on your license. A copy of your MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) is required at the time of your interview. Employees who drive on state business must complete any required driver training (see Arizona Administrative Code R2-10-207.12.). Employees may be required to use their own transportation as well as maintaining valid motor vehicle insurance and current Arizona vehicle registration; however, mileage will be reimbursed.
The primary role of the Network Coordinator is to support Qualified Vendors (QV) with technical assistance (both fiscal and programmatic) and licensing and certification requirements to provide Residential, Day Program and Home & Community Based (HCBS) services; Assists the QV and Support Coordination with technical assistance related to the release process outlined in Article 21-557; Collaborates with the Department of Child Safety (DCS), the Office of License, Certification and Registration (OLCR) and other entities to ensure appropriate placements; Helps Support Coordination with acquiring needed services, assists with the utilization of unpaid service supports and provides general information regarding the Division's Policy and Procedures; Responsible for recruitment, certification, training and to provide oversight/monitoring of Independent providers; Responsible for assisting the Network Supervisor with readiness review for Day Programs, HCBS or residential service providers as designated as well as maintaining all Qualified Vendor files; Works with Independent Providers as well as (Public Partnership Ltd.) PPL; Responsible for developing community relationships and assists with utilizations of unpaid supports, all vendor calls and obtaining approval for out-of-home living arrangement requests if working with Residential placements; May be given or asked to participate in special project/assignments.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs):
KNOWLEDGE of: Working knowledge of people with developmental disabilities; Community resources; Basic principles and practices of Case Management; Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel.
SKILL in: Oral and written communication; Organizational skills and the ability to remain flexible as priorities change; Interpersonal relations as applied to contacts with consumers and representatives of the governmental and community organizations and the public; Research rules, laws, policies, procedures and directives, monitoring and evaluating services.
ABILITY to: Adapt and be sensitive to cultural diversity; Maintain and display a professional demeanor; Establish professional partnerships; Develop and maintain provider file documentation; Work effectively with a wide range of personalities and team members.
IDEAL/PREFERRED CANDIDATE: Combination of knowledge, skills and abilities needed for this position are acquired through a combination of training and work experience with at least (1) year providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
