Support Operations Engineering Processing staff in ensuring engineering processing data quality standards are upheld by creating and analyzing reports, system testing and data validation. Assist Operations Engineering Processing staff with ensuring that processing Operating Requirements are followed by preparing and analyzing pre-audit data materials. Update and review all processing documentation including Engineering Processing Operating Requirements and Processing Guides for presentation quality, consistency and grammar and coordinate the implementation and posting of all documentation. Assist in the development of training materials for Engineering Processing roles.

Assist in ensuring that standard practices are followed by evaluating the data quality of engineering processing, validate that engineering processing operating requirements are followed by assisting in the assembly of pre-audit materials for all Engineering Processing Audits. Compile audit responses and assist in the preparation of the year- end trend report.
Participate in the development and implementation for all Engineering Processing Documentation, as updated by owners, review for presentation, consistency and grammar.
Assist in the development of training curriculums for Engineering Processing along with providing quality review of all training materials along with feedback to the respective owners.
Assist Operations Engineering Processing Consultants/Specialists on projects as requested.
Schedule and notate all engineering processing standard practice teams and divisional representative's conference calls, providing written notation to all participants within 24 hours.
Business School or Associates Degree preferred.

years work experience, Administrative Assistant, Procedures Specialist, or other related work experience required.
