Veterans United Realty (VUR) is seeking an Agent Communication Coordinator to join the team. The primary goal of this position is to keep consistent, efficient communication with VUR network agents paired with VUR buyers. This role will reach out to agents in various communication methods including phone and email. The Agent Communication Coordinator will focus on maximizing each agent touch point and updating the system of record and appropriate parties when necessary.
VUR wants to establish and maintain strong working relationships with the VUR agents and this role always for more consistent communication and enforcement of expectations. This position will not be originating loans.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with Agents on a preset schedule to be determined by Management
Follow the priorities and communication method in the Agent Queue
Update buyer and agent files with pertinent information that was communicated
Update the appropriate parties of pertinent status changes as identified in the manual.
Close out all buyer files with the required documentation from all parties
Fulfill incentive disbursements for eligible closed buyers as provided by Accounting
Manage and update the system of record for all agent required documents
Necessary Skills: Results driven, strong follow-through, ability to meet deadlines, excellent with numbers and data.
Job Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills
Customer Service background preferred but not required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
