MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
Kelly Services has an exciting opportunity available for a MEDICAL LAB TECH to join our client located in GAINESVILLE, FL! As the MEDICAL LAB TECH, youll be a critical problem solver within a World Class Lab performing high quality point of care laboratory services. ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Performing and evaluating quality control for moderately complex and waived testing
Uses EMR and various technology systems to manage pending logs, amend reports, and resolve errors
Programs and configures instruments, prepares validation reports
Coordinates proficiency testing events, trains, evaluates and documents user competency
Conducts audits of POC testing in patient care areas
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
High School graduate, 3-5 years pertinent clinical laboratory experience
Board certification by ASCP, AMT, or AAB
State of Florida Medical Laboratory Technician license preferred
