Set up and operate various machines and equipment needed in the production and manufacturing of transformers.
Inspect work during processing and compare to specifications for accuracy.
Operate overhead crane.
Support and assist the (immediate manager) as needed.
Understand and work under the direction of the appropriate MEPPI policy and/or procedure.
Know MEPPIs Quality and Environmental Policies. Be able to fully discuss the importance of these policies and how they impact work.
Set Up and operate various machines and equipment that include insulator, spacer cutting, forming, coiling winding table, CO2 laser cutting and milling machines.
Setup Multi-Layer Reels.
Braze conductor Leads.
Wind High & Low Voltage Coils.
Clamp and form coils.
Operates Coil Baking Oven.
Operates CNC Equipment such as Laser Cutter and Contour Milling Machines.
Work from drawings, specification tables, and/or check sheets to process insulation.
Ability to work in normal indoor temperatures.
Stand and walk 6-8 hours per day.
Ability to sit, squat, bend, stretch, and kneel.
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
High school diploma/GED
Minimum 2-5 years manufacturing/machine operations experience or similar
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings/blueprints.
Strong shop math skills and practical geometry skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to use/read basic measuring tools.
Experience using various hand and power tools. Ability to perform some mechanical assembly set up work.
Ability to inspect work.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
