Overview:
Performs financial reporting and analysis, including quarterly and annual investor packages, as well as monthly reporting of financial results and KPI's to senior management. Support the FP&A function by maintaining balance sheet and cash flow models. Will also be involved with technical accounting research and M&A due diligence, as needed. May provide analysis on business development and may monitor business performance by unit or division.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the preparation of quarterly and annual reports, including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A.
Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial reports to senior management, including working capital ratios and other KPI's, as well as variance analyses.
Responsible for the preparing, conducting, and administering financial analysis projects and/or planning and control of the balance sheet and cash flow budget.
Will support the Controller by performing technical accounting research on an as needed basis.
Makes recommendations for financial planning and control.
Performs analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, operating forecasts, etc.
Works with the outside independent auditors in conjunction with CompuCom's annual financial statement audit and quarterly reviews.
Qualifications:
The Advisor Level ensures established tactical and strategic plans and objectives are effective and met. Responsible for highly complex assignments requiring evaluation of multiple intangible factors. Develops and designs techniques and criteria for obtaining results. Errors have critical impact on the overall success of functional, division or company operations. Uses highly developed negotiation skills to resolve controversial situations, customer negotiations, and influence/persuade senior management.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3
years of related experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
CPA required.
Big 4 experience required.
Experience with Oracle and/or Hyperion a plus.
Good problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills are required.
