Description
Gifford Medical Centeris seeking aSenior Clinic Office Managerto be responsible for day-to-day operations of designated physician practices. Additionally, they will perform oversignt and execution of physician practices, to include staffing, monthly reporting, budget adherence, clinic visits, patient complaints, etc.This is a unique opportunity to work in a spectacular setting at a rural, financially stable, non-profit hospital with a progressive philosophy, supportive administrative team and advanced technology.
TheSenior Clinic Office Managerwill be responsible forcoordinating staffing to assure patient and provider needs are met. Must ensure optimum performance of the daily operations including patient access, scheduling (office, OR, procedures and ancillary testing), resource utilization, referral management, provider productivity, and coverage. Applicant will be responsible for timely analysis and documentation, reports, and other information. Process reviews for staff evaluations, and conduct quality audits.
The successful applicant will have strong analytical and leadership skills and be proficient with computers (Microsoft Office applications). ABachelor's degree or Registered Nursing degreeis required. Current VermontRNlicensure required.Thisis a 40-hour per week, exempt (salaried) position. EOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
