This position is located in the Office of the Assistant Administrator, Acquisition and Facilities Management Division in Washington DC. Please refer to Conditions of Employment. Click Print Preview to review the entire announcement before applying. As a Program Analyst you will:
Serve as an analyst and participate in the formulation and implementation of policies, plans, and procedures to manage and continually improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Bureau's various programs.
Complete projects that involve studies of processes, problems, and initiatives that concern Division-wide and bureau-wide operations. Identify deficiencies in management programs, initiates and devises plans to overcome such deficiencies, and recommends corrective actions.
Conduct continuing reviews and evaluation of the effectiveness of these programs, and oversee the coordination of the Division's mission objectives, goals, priorities and administrative practices with TTB mission requirements and initiatives.
The experience may have been gained in either the public or private sector. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized
Experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
