As the Entry-Level Operations Analyst you will be responsible for creating and analyzing reports for the Technical Support department. You will work directly with the Support management team to identify trends to improve efficiency.

As an Entry-Level Operations Analyst, a typical day might include:
Pulling recent metrics to identify performance and product trends
Providing the management team with data to determine future decisions
Creating reports for Support team members to monitor individual progress

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
