Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
2 years experience in commercial (retail/mixed-use) or multi-family housing projects
Highly organized, detail-driven and conscientious
General understanding and knowledge of building systems and site requirements
Proficient in current version of AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel
