Quality Engineer needed in Northern Kentucky for automotive Tier 1 Supplier. You should have strong experience with customer interaction, APQP implementation, and leading progam launches. Experience with successful OEM launch is required along with a strong understanding of APQP, quality systems, quality processes, and problem solving.
Responsibilities for the Quality Engineer
Implement quality systems with emphasis on TS16949 & ISO 14001
Coordinate supplier quality management metrics
Support advanced product quality process (APQP/PPAP)
Communicate effectively with customers on quality issues
Requirements for the Quality Engineer
Bachelors degree in technical field preferred
5
years in Quality role in Automotive preferred
Quality System Tool
Experience: FMEA, PPAP, GR&R, SPC, CPK
Ability to present corrective actions and respones to customers
