The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of commercial real estate experience, specifically with preparing closing documents, ordering and reviewing titles and surveys, preparing and filing UCC financing statements and amendments, and communicating with state and local officials. A Paralegal Certificate and/or Bachelor's degree required.
