The American Red Cross Blood Services Greater Chesapeake & Potomac Region is one of 36 American Red Cross regional blood centers whose mission is to fulfill the needs of people and provide the safest, most reliable and cost-effective blood and plasma services through voluntary donations.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Telerecruiter for our Apheresis group in Baltimore. In this position you will recruit/schedule platelet donors from a variety of sources by phoning individuals, groups, organizations, churches and schools. Responsibilities include contacting blood & platelet donors to increase the frequency of donations and increase the number of donors and blood products.
This is a PART TIME 1st shift position working Monday-Friday 9am-1pm. To qualify, you must have a high school diploma. One year of outbound telephone customer service or telemarketing experience preferred. You must be able to attend all training (including 2 days of 1st shift orientation).
