Process Enablement Analyst Milwaukee, WI 16 month contract $30-32 per hour
Primary role is to provide system administration support for 3rd party HR software applications in the Talent Management area. This support includes: Preparing reports using system data as requested and responding to support incidents and user issues and troubleshooting problems as required. Technical project management of upgrades of SumTotal, Cornerstone, ProcessMaps and Kenexa Leading analysis of new functionality, software upgrades, setup and testing Managing security with respect to creating new user roles when necessary and assigning roles to users as requested; Administering master data tables and updating as needed Skills Practical experience in human resources and information systems o Hands-on experience with systems from Cornerstone, Sumtotal, Crystal Reports, Kenexa and ProcessMaps o Strong communications skills o Strong team player and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
