Oh La Lashes is currently looking for a Salon Manager. Orem Salon. Quickly growing Lash Only Salon with multiple locations (soon opening and other states).
Oh La Lashes is looking to hire a full time Salon Manager .
Responsibilities:
The Salon Manager will oversee the everyday operations of Oh La Lashes including scheduling, product ordering & pick up, serving customers, maintaining a good salon environment, all facets of the salons operations and provide leadership and tools to the staff to help them increase their clientele and the business Oh La Lashes.
Qualifications:
Manager candidates will be able to work 30
hours with great people and leadership skills. The Salon Manager provides guests with excellent service providing the knowledge of services. Oh La Lashes endeavors to provide every guest with a great experience every time they visit by providing quality consultations, exceptional service and the knowledge. The Salon Manager will need to provide the knowledge of advertising to help grow Oh La Lashes and lead out team to success.
Minimal
Qualifications:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest's needs
Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing schedules and transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures and light housekeeping duties
Ability to resolve guest issues
Ability to effectively lead and develop a team, creating a positive work environment, training and providing guidance on business and technical competency matters and resolving associate issues
Ability to communicate with guest regarding services offered and requested and the guest's needs and wants
Ability to help with salon advertising and ideas
Ability to be personal and professional with phone skills
