We are looking for an individual to Learn about the consumer lending processes in the Financial Service Center. Assist Loan Officers, and Loan Processors as necessary throughout the loan process.
1. Learn the big picture about the FSC and consumer and mortgage lending.
2. Assist with the loan process from beginning to end.
3. Process and assist with closed consumer loan applications.
4. Assist team members throughout the loan and new membership process.
5. Communicate with members and team members throughout the process.
6. Process denied loan applications.
7. Process new membership applications.
8. Perform various post-closing duties on closed loans such as funding, document imaging, insurance binder follow up calls, hot title report, and new loan disbursements.
9. Assist with various FSC duties as necessary.
Excellent data processing and computer skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work under pressure and in an organized manner. Excellent communication and people skills.
Must take pride in department by working in a timely and efficient manner with a high attention to detail. Must be professional and courteous in manner, with a focus on attendance, quality and quantity of work performed. Must be willing to comply with federal and state regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act.
Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.) Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc). Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
