Instruct Human Services courses including field supervision. The normal teaching load is 15 credit hours per semester. In addition the successful candidate is expected to develop, assess and revise curriculum; advise and mentor students in curriculum and career choices; collaborate with community agencies; participate in assessment efforts and document such efforts; actively recruit students and collaborate with four-year colleges for transfer and maintain office hours.
Starting Date: Fall Semester 2014.
Compensation: $700 per credit hour.
Demonstrate a thorough and accurate knowledge of their field or discipline
Evaluate student performance fairly and consistently and return student work promptly to promote maximum learning
Participate in ongoing, systematic, and documented assessment of student learning for all courses, programs, and the College's general education core abilities
Become familiar with and comply with all College policies and procedures
Participate in College, division, and program activities
Contribute to the growth and enhancement of the College's mission and programs
Minimum
Qualifications:
Masters' degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or Master's Degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution and experience within an agency setting.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in field with previous experience within an agency setting and college level teaching.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
