Job Description - Associate Analyst - PMO
Reports to: PMO, Senior Manager
Location: Keene, NH
Job Purpose
The Associate Analyst, PMO will focus primarily on support for the Office of the CIO. This will involve the development and maintenance of complex spreadsheets including but not limited to budgets vs. actuals spreadsheets, database extracts and analysis spreadsheets, and the creation of from scratch spreadsheets to analyze a given business situation.
Key Interfaces: Program Management, Project Managers, IS Management
Key Tasks
Assist with reconciling actuals to project budgets.
Assist with reconciling contactor time and expense reports to vendor invoices
Assist with retrieving data from the time recording system for analysis, reporting and dash boarding
Monitoring project budgets
Reviews invoices associated with projects for correct allocations of capital and expense

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting or Computer Science Major with 3.0 GPA or better preferred
Superior MS Excel and Access Skills
Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, PowerPoint)
