Hiring rate: $20.279 effective July 1, 2014.
Examples of Work:
Reviews and analyzes federal regulations, state laws, and administrative requirements to formulate appropriate policies, procedures, and interpretations for coverage and reimbursement of services. Determines or recommends program policy by analyzing all pertinent issues and information, assessing the impact of proposed policy on the provisions of services. Perform high level analysis, including predicting, inferring, envisioning and conceiving; to plan for future events affecting program areas of responsibility. Manage internal and external operations necessary to establish, implement, and monitor Medicaid reimbursement policies and methodologies, resolve problems, explain proper application of policies, coordinate activities so that goals/objectives are achieved and to facilitate quality service delivery. Manage internal and external operations necessary to establish, implement, and monitor reimbursement and expenditures for all program areas of responsibility. Writes reports, position papers, impact statements and related documents in order to formulate policy material to cover specific areas of physical health service programs.
Qualifications / Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor''s degree or equivalent coursework/training in public administration, social/behavioral sciences, healthcare or human services or professional experience working in a human/social service or health care agency with responsibility for planning or evaluating services, programs or operational policies and practices.
PREFERRED: Experience in health care reimbursement which includes interpreting and analyzing laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and standards affecting reimbursement. Experience with technical, security and policy support for program data systems.
OTHER: Valid driver''s license or ability to provide independent authorized transportation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of: the principles and practices of public administration; procedure and policy development; methods and techniques of program planning; federal and state laws, rules, regulations and procedures pertaining to health and human services programs; public funds and budgeting methods; the principles and techniques of adult learning; quality assurance mechanisms; principles and techniques of planning, monitoring and evaluating human services programs and service delivery systems. Knowledge of the competitive procurement process. Ability to effectively multi task, manage multiple project and initiatives. Understand and interpret complex information from others. Effectively communicate to all levels of management; facilitate meetings and develop and maintain policy and procedures. Ability to manage technical, security and policy support for program data systems.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
