Manager Business Analysis Integrations
We are currently engaged with a client who is seeking a Manager Business Analysis Integrations on a Full time direct employee basis. In this role, the Manager Business Analysis Integrations will:
Manage, plan and ensure the execution of the requirement gathering process according to the business needs.
Determine, analyze, validate and lead the definition of critical business processes in support of developing Integration components integrating applications.
Manage integration project teams for requirements gathering and documentation. Define projects from initial inception through final completion incorporating and documenting project scope and objectives.
Supervising and Managing the integration Business Analysis team.
The appropriate individual will have demonstrated experience in the following:
Leading Business Analysis teams around requirements gathering and documentation in large enterprise environment
Healthcare and/or financial industry, including experience with healthcare/financial systems and implementing new applications
Supervisory position in a large multi-divisional corporation
Integration tools and products providing administration, design and support
Data conversion and integration processes and practice
Application development and software development life cycle methodologies
