We need a confident technology-savvy business development pro that has demonstrated the ability to source, negotiate, train and support Agency partners to resell our products/services. We offer a full suite of UC voice services, Internet, Private WAN, Web Collaboration, Private Trunking, Cloud Solutions and Mobile Integration.
We represent the nation's leading supplier of VOiP business solutions in the middle of unprecedented expansion. We are looking for the best and brightest to help fill our Texas team; in return for your expertise we will reward with a compensation package that will generate well above $150k at plan. In addition to a full benefits plan, stock options and career advancement opportunities, we also offer a President's Club reward trip!
You will leverage the management and strategy skills you have obtained from a successful business development career to assist agents throughout all phases of the sales process.
Primary Skills:
Enjoy building relationships with c-level clients, teammates and subordinates
Relentless attention to detail, integrity, professionalism and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time
Maintain new recruitment activity to meet sales budget
Train all new and existing agents, agent employees and sub-agents
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred

Years previous Channel Manager experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for identifying and executing solutions for complex problems while executing best in class customer service

Years of telecom sales experience preferred
