Location Pittsburgh PA
Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, you will be responsible of the full cycle recruitment activities across multiple professional, management and technical categories within the company. You will identify and engage candidates while maintaining active talent pools for your designated portfolio of hiring authorities within a specific discipline or geographical location.
Deliver an outstanding recruitment experience for both hiring managers & candidates;
Manage the end to end recruitment cycle for designated client group(s) across the United States;
Develop innovative, multi-pronged sourcing strategies to meet current & future talent needs;
Work in collaboration with business leaders and HR Business Partners to ensure an efficient recruitment cycle that positively impacts both time & cost to hire metrics;
Demonstrate deep functional expertise and market knowledge in order to identify and attract the best talent in the Rail industry;
Contribute to talent acquisition process improvement initiatives and projects (as required).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or in a related field;
You possess a minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience;
You need to demonstrate ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent and sourcing candidates via social media;
You possess solid time management skills, with the proven ability to reprioritize based on business demands and priorities;
You possess practical experience with web-based applicant tracking systems (Taleo preferred);
Your English (written/spoken) communication skills are excellent
Your Spanish or Portuguese communication skills will be considered as an asset.
