InGenesis is seeking aFellowship Program Analystto perform services at our client site, the National Institute of Health Clinical Center, National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases in Bethesda, MD. This is a full-time position with benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
Minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
Expertise with Microsoft office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and Filemaker Pro.
Experience in NBS systems, including the Fellowship Payment System and GovTrip.
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Provide support for the NIH Inter-Institute Endocrinology Training Program (NIH-IETP), including all activities and functions of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) approved training program.
Coordinate accreditation review, both internal and external, including oversight of timely submissions of all credentialing materials for the NIH-IETP trainees in NICHD and NIDCR; coordinate privileges for short-term trainees each year, such as those on three-month rotations to NIH-IETP.
Act as the lead on several complex database systems including a web-based evaluation system call EVALUE, and ERAS, a system for downloading physician trainee applications.
Perform special projects to support the Branch such as the Endocrine Grand Rounds, an educational series for attendees to earn Continuing Medical Education (CME) necessary for senior staff credentialing at the Clinical Center.
Prepare personnel packages for new and renewing fellows and personnel at all job levels.
Coordinate personnel packages, actions and PMAP ratings; maintain related filing system.
Coordinate and complete arrangements for visitors to perform professional services for Branch, including travel and scheduling for all aspects of the visit.
Generate transportation arrangements and prepare all paperwork for domestic and foreign travel; follow up on travel arrangements.
Make shipping arrangements for the transportation of research materials to outside researchers both within the U. S. and overseas; assist with purchasing and property maintenance for the Branch.
Coordinate meetings, workshops and courses for staff; schedule conference rooms.
Track, record and direct manuscripts to reviewers.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
