DIRECTOR, PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The Project Management team is responsible for managing project workflow throughout the agency by working closely with the internal teams and vendor resources to manage timing, budgets, and client expectations. The Director, Project Management is responsible for leading the Project Management team in best practices and in the delivery of work that leads to client success. The Director, Project Management will report directly to the COO.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
o This is an internal-facing position, but may include limited contact with other agency partners and clients
o Responsible for managing project flow through the agency
o Oversees the creation, maintenance and routing of timelines to internal teams
o Communicates with team Directors when major changes occur that put program deliverables in jeopardy of missing due dates
o Ensures that all projects are delivered on time
o Problem-solves when there are hang ups or work flow issues
o Manages uncertainty,Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
