Our client, a national HR consulting firm, is looking for an Affirmative Action Plan Manager coming from human resources, finance, and/or stats to join their team.
If you have:
AAP expertise and hands-on experience AAP preparation
A passion for customer service
Experience with AAP software and advanced Excel
Experience with OFCCP Compliance Evaluation Audit
Experience supervising the work of others
Ability to function in a team setting and work under short deadlines.

Our client company is looking to add some leadership to their growing team - someone who can take the lead of client engagement, projects, and teams. This person will be comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, and will have an entrepreneurial mind set focused on helping clients.
In the AAP Project Manager position, you will be responsible for:
Working directly with national clients for their equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action regulations and requirements
Overseeing first client contact through final delivery while managing the work of researchers
Understanding and keeping current on AAP laws and plans
Current knowledge of regulations enforced by the OFCCP
Experience with OFCCP audits and conciliation agreements
Requirement for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources, Finance, and/or Mathematics/Stats
A passion for top notch customer service
Strong attention to detail and must be numbers oriented
Excel expertise, including Pivot tables
Ability to work on work concurrently on many projects with a variety of industries and client personalities
Tactful, helpful, well-organized, and articulate are some of the traits required
Proven accuracy with highly detailed work, including statistical analysis
Professional integrity and excellent work habits
Please note: This is not an entry level position. Work hours vary according to the workload.
