Growing high-end boutique law firm seeks talented corporate attorney to assist with complex commercial transactions. Ideal candidate will have substantial experience working on sophisticated corporate matters, and will already have a substantial existing client base (that can be supplemented with the firms internally-generated matters). Firm has an aggressive compensation model, with partners receiving an above-market share of fees generated on both self-generated and firm-generated matters. Unique opportunity to work on sophisticated matters with talented and highly-experienced colleagues (from some of the top law firms in the nation) while also (a) doing so in a substantially more relaxed and congenial environment than typically found at larger law firms and (b) benefiting from an unusually generous compensation formula with substantial additional upside potential. Firm is Chicago-based, but with multiple offices, so flexible on location.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
