In collaboration with Nurse Managers and Department Heads, facilitates educational and staff development programs for all nursing units, as well as facilitating and supporting educational endeavors of other departments within the MAHHC organization. In collaboration with the Nurse Managers, the Educator evaluates staff training needs and facilitates educational programming and establishes mechanisms to promote competence for nursing and other personnel
Education: B.S.N. preferred or equivalent experience with excellent communication and problem solving skills
Experience: Acute care nursing background essential w/5-7 years acute care nursing experience desired. Must provide evidence or otherwise demonstrate proficiency teaching adult learners.
Current State of Vermont registered nurse licensure required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
