The Sr. Sales Consultant, is typically a full-time role. The associate in this position will be responsible for engaging and providing an exceptional customer service experience. Quickly builds ongoing customer relationships and becomes a trusted advisor by utilizing advanced selling skills and knowledge (including cross-selling of products and services) to meet customers' needs.
The Sr. Sales Consultant demonstrates a passion for the brand, product, services and solutions offered to our customers. He/she will utilize Office Depot's proven sales principles to proactively engage customers, and must exhibit product and solution expertise in key areas such as technology, furniture, with a general understanding of copy and print.
The Sr. Sales Consultant will assist with the training of Sales Consultants and also provide cross functional training for other associates within the storeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
