services
, gather information and verify client details. This hourly position will be part of our Marketing organization and will report directly to the Manager of Telemarketing. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, excellent communication, tenacity and resilience, and a high level of energy.
Position Responsibilities Include:
Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote CommVault products and services.
Qualify leads for software and services via telephone calls, fax and/or email communication tool.
Obtain contact details of potential customers from internal databases, as well as through use of internet based applications.
Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered via Salesforce database.
Answer incoming calls from potential customers responding to advertisements and/or
events
.
Average 60-80 outbound calls per day.
Position Requirements include:
Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or lead generation.
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
Salesforce knowledge a plus.
Proficiency in relevant
computer
applications.
