Qualifications and Experience Required
BS/BA degree, Business or Engineering preferred.
At least five years in technical sales, with customer service, quoting and personal selling experience.
Familiarity with plastics, manufacturing, and the aerospace industry preferred.
Established
computer
skills (MS Office, Visual Manufacturing, etc.).
Local and overnight travel required.
Primary Responsibilities
Effectively manage major accounts (>$2MM/year of sales), developing and implementing sales strategies to optimize each account's role in meeting Tri-Mack's corporate goals.
Provide superior customer service and support.
Effectively communicate customer requirements and account information to all departments, ensuring that the needs of both Tri-Mack and the customer are satisfied.
Develop quotes using value pricing, establish a quoting strategy and obtain management approval as needed.
Communicate pricing and terms to customers and negotiate the best outcome.
Obtain competitive intelligence, forecast, and marketing information to support strategy development.
Collect and process data, including reports and forecasts, to communicate actions and strategies.
Act as leader/facilitator when calling internal meetings.
Direct conference calls and customer meetings to achieve the desired outcome.
Qualify new customer inquiries and take the appropriate action.
Identify and develop new accounts in assigned target markets.
Travel for on-site customer meetings and industry-related
events
as needed.
Support customer service and other roles within the organization as needed.
Develop and formalize departmental procedures and work instructions.
Participate in sales strategy and marketing development.
Work closely with all departments to promote teamwork in developing strategies and achieving corporate goals.
Skills and Technical Proficiency
Have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Have excellent presentation skills and the ability to speak in front of a large group.
Be proactive and persistent to realize the desired outcome.
Be organized and able to handle diverse, complex tasks while paying close attention to the details and specifics of each task.
Must have good computer skills with the ability to operate Visual Manufacturing, MS Office and to learn other software packages.
Learn quickly and work with a minimum amount of supervision.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
