1972 CATERPILLAR 930 for sale in Clear Lake, WI
1972 CATERPILLAR 930, 4 Cylinder, Diesel fuel, 1500 miles, Exterior: Yellow, complete service manual goes with the machine, Payloader. It is serial # 41K2378. I bought it used about 10 years ago. The hour meter shows 1483 hours but it was replaced not long before I bought it. At the same time the hour meter was replaced the hydrostatic transmission was replaced also by Fabco. The motor was rebuilt by a certified CAT mechanic just 400 hours ago. This rebuild was a used block, and a new crank that was line bored. It had new liner packs, new cylinder head, new fuel line nozzles, new glow plugs, a new starter, and a new alternator. The wind shield whipper, cab heater, lights, and the backup alarm all work! We have used this mostly for unloading trucks, and moving snow but we really do not need it anymore. It has 17.5X25 tires that are in new to good condition. The rear tires have fluid in them. It has an 8 wide bucket that is 2 1/4 yard capacity with a poly liner that was put in for dumping clay easier. It has a good reversible cutting edge on it that is still new on the back side. The brakes work good as well as the park brake! The cab window was just replaced with a brand new one because the old one was cracked. The cab is good and tight, the center pin is good too! It is in very good mechanical order! It also has the optional self leveling bucket that works good! Has just had a fresh oil and filter change as well as a new muffler! In very good mechanical order!
