i have 4 complete 3 ton gantry crane with adjustable height 9 foot 10 inches scoped down all the way goes up to 14 foot high scoped up all the way by 14 foot 04 inches wide of clear working space...
each lift system comes with a 3 ton geared chain driven trolley and a 3 ton manual chain fall type of lifting system.... the 3 ton geared trolley rolls back and forth on the I beam with a geared chain driven type of drive.....this allows is to be precisely moved back and forth in very small increments.
the support legs are 4x4 by 3/16ths inch thick square column.. and it the I-beam size is a W14x30 I beam .. the beam weighs 30 lbs per foot.
each leg has a 2000 pound rated leveling jack on each end so it can be leveled and stabilized before lifting a load on uneven ground.
it is 8 foot long end to end on the legs for extra stability when moving the crane around
it comes with poly style 1500 pound load rated caster wheels with grease fittings .... all the caster wheels both swivel 360 degrees and also lock in place with a brake mechanism...this allows it to be moved or rotated as needed or can even spin around in a circle 360 degree pattern if needed...and all the caster wheels can be securely locked when in use using the brake mechanism of each wheel.
