For Sale is One (1) Used John Deere 310K Backhoe Loader.Unit is in fair condition and is fitted with the following:Hydraulic Quick Attach for the front.Standard GP Loader Bucket.Loader Forks.Hoe end has manual changer and is fitted with 12" GP bucket.Pilot controls for the Hoe.Cabin AC and Heat works great.Drive and Brakes in all speeds with no slipping or power loss.Missing rubber pad off out-rigger.Aux. piping on hoe arm has a leaking quick coupler.Slight oil weep from Transmission/Engine seal.**Note - Pin and bush wear in the hoe boom mount is 80% and really needs to be re-pinned for construction works.
