2014 Inertia 4048 Pegasus Closed Circuit Crushing and Screening PlantCHASSISThe chassis is constructed with W24 x 62 pound I-beam main frame rails. It has a heavy duty impactor mount with both weld in and bolt on wear liners. Four 24" stroke hydraulic legs with 12volt pump are used to raise and level the plant for operation. The plant comes equipped with king pin and a heavy duty triple axle suspension with 11 x 22.5 tires, air brakes, lights, and mud flaps.FEEDERThe feeder is an Inertia 48" x 16' vibrating grizzly consisting of heavy channel and plate construction and has ½" weld in floor and side liners. The feeder uses two Invicta BL 50-57 vibrating motors along with a slight decline in angle to feed the impactor.HOPPERThe hopper is removable and is 8' wide x 17' long, 7 cubic yards non-heaping. It is constructed of 5/8" plate and a feedbox with heavy-duty chain curtain to prevent material blow back from impactor.IMPACTORThe impactor is an Inertia 4048 HSI (40" diameter x 48" wide) single rotor impact crusher with sectionalized frame construction of both welded and bolted heavy plate steel. It has replaceable frame liners of HARDOX-400 material with a wear resistant steel rotor and cast replaceable blow bars. The impactor has two adjustable breaker plates lined with HARDOX-400 material to control product graduation and a spring relief system for non-crushable material. It incorporates self-aligning spherical roller bearings and 4 bolt, split pillow blocks which are protected from dust contamination via a non-rupturable labyrinth seal. It has four access doors for internal observation, inspection, maintenance, and repair, and two hydraulic cylinders for opening the impactor hood.SCREENThe screen is an Inertia 6' x 20' 2-Deck incline screen with side mount vibratory system. The top deck screen is a full 6' x 20' and the second deck is a full 6' x 17' giving the screen a full 222 square foot of screening area. It has an adjustable stroke up to ½" at 900rpm and is powered by two Invicta BL 50/57 vibrating motors.DELIVERY CONVEYORThe delivery conveyor is 42" x 49' under crusher mounted. It has 5 five inch CEMA B impact idlers and CEMA "B" five inch idlers. The tail pulley is a 12" wing pulley with 2 15/16" pillow block bearings bolted to 18" telescoping take-ups. The head pulley is a 16" crowned motorized drum pulley with vulcanized rubber lagging that feeds the 6' x 20' 2-Deck screen. The conveyor has a 3ply V-Cleat belt with a flexco belt splice.TOP DECK CROSS CONVEYORThe cross conveyor is 24" x 9' under chute mounted that transfers material to the closed circuit conveyor. It has CEMA "B" four inch idlers. The tail pulley is a 10" crowned drum pulley with 1 15/16" bearings. The head pulley is a 14" crowned motorized drum pulley with vulcanized rubber lagging bolted to 9" telescoping take-ups. The conveyor belt is 3 ply 330 with a flexco belt splice.SECOND DECK CROSS CONVEYORThe cross conveyor is 24" x 13' under chute mounted with 4 1/2' fold for transportation. It has CEMA "B" four inch idlers. The tail pulley is a 10" wing pulley with 1 15/16" pillow block bearings. The head pulley is a 14" crowned motorized drum pulley with vulcanized rubber lagging bolted to 9" telescoping take-ups. The conveyor has a reversing starter and can run either direction. It can return oversized product to return conveyor or finished product to a stacking conveyor. The conveyor belt is 3 ply 330 with a flexco belt splice.CLOSED CIRCUIT CONVEYORThe closed circuit conveyor is 24" x 35' and takes oversized material from the top deck or second deck of the screen and returns it to the feeder to be reprocessed. It has CEMA "B" four inch idlers. The tail pulley is a 10" wing pulley with 1 15/16" pillow block bearings bolted to 9" telescoping take-ups. The head pulley is a 14" crowned motorized drum pulley with vulcanized rubber lagging. The conveyor belt is a 2 ply 5/8" open cleat belt with a flexco belt splice.FINES CONVEYORThe fines conveyor is 42" x 27' under screen mounted. It has CEMA "B" five inch idlers. The tail pulley is a 12" wing pulley with 2 7/16" pillow block bearings. The head pulley is a 16" crowned 15hp motorized drum pulley with vulcanized rubber lagging bolted to 18" telescoping take-ups that discharges the fine product out the rear of the plant. The conveyor has a 2ply 220 belt with a flexco belt splice.POWER/DRIVEThe plant is powered by a 300hp Diesel engine that belt drives the impactor and 125kw 480V-113 amp generator with 8V belts. The generator supplies power to an on-board electrical switch gear with 150 amp disconnect and circuit breakers. The circuit breakers are used to supply power to the (2) Invicta vibrating motors on the feeder, the vibrating motors that power the screen, and conveyor motors. The belt drive has a fully enclosed guard with two service doors.
