Posting for CDI Manager position:


The Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Manager will manage a subset of the NYSNA CDI nursing staff as they carry out the program. S/he must have excellent written and oral communication skills and awareness of the quality and fiscal contribution of the program to the medical center's budget. Reports to the CDI Associate Director and works collaboratively with the other CDI managers, the program's Medical Director and the Senior Director. Also Interacts with associates from HIM, IT and Finance. This associate must have an excellent knowledge base of disease entities as well as a working knowledge of coding guidelines and documentation improvement opportunities. Knowledge of the Epic EMR and the 3M 360 Encompass software is a plus. Must also display a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.



Job Requirements:

Registered Nurse - New York State license with current registration.
Ability to use printers, computers, fax, copiers and cell phones.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
