Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Technical knowledge of law enforcement techniques/procedures, laws, electronic communications systems, and weapon systems. 2) Training various sized groups in a traditional or nontraditional classroom setting, 3) Developing law enforcement lesson plans, designing complete programs of instruction, curriculum development, curriculum assessment, educational surveys and maintaining accurate records of data, such as training requests or certifications. 4) Enforcing laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures; protecting the health, safety, privacy, or best interest of the public, staff, or others who may be at risk. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-07. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
