Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Additional information about transcripts is in this document. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 Grade Level. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled, such as:
Manage a variety of complex, one-of-a-kind world-wide construction programs under diverse conditions; Assist with establishing design, Information Systems, and construction management policies to facilitate implementation of construction program initiatives; Resolve problems relating to design and construction delays, excessive costs, and other technical problems; Prepare design and construction program data for special studies, various presentations and other similar purposes; Utilize Automated Information Systems (AISs) and their corresponding data architecture /interfaces to conduct programming and data analytics for Project Management. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
