Experience:
One year of experience analyzing and investigative techniques to conduct staffing requirements and utilization surveys; experience performing cost analysis and cost benefit studies; data analysis, evaluation and integration of healthcare costs, workload, labor utilization, facility management and performance measurement programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). OR Education:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree. (Note:
You must attach a copy of your transcripts.) OR Combination of Experience and Education:
possess the specialized experience as described above, but less than one year; and at least two years of graduate education as described, but less than the required three years. (Note:
You must attach a copy of your transcripts.) You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).
