PC Support Technician
PC Support Technician Provides on-site field support to customers.
Performs installations, repairs, upgrades and maintenance on hardware and equipment.
3-5 year's experience within IT desktop support and/or refresh projects.
Enterprise level experience preferred but not necessary.
High volume, fast paced environment.
Windows 7 / latest MS Office experience necessary with configuration and trouble shooting.
Duties to include imaging, data transfer, Win7 / email configuration, data sanitization of surplused machines.
Candidates need to be highly organized, detail oriented, and customer service proficient.
Candidates will be working in the Service Now (SNOW) ticketing system, some experience with that system is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
