The business unit is a specialized team of business process experts and technologists dedicated to helping the company deliver the best digital customer experience in the financial industry.
The group provides the entire organization's enterprise with a toolkit of the latest in end-to-end process orchestration, robotics, and automation technologies.
Additionally, with the recognition that many processes such as account change requests involve multiple parts of the organization, business unit's provides services to evaluate how the work is done and how it can be adjusted and automated for maximum efficiency The PMO Manager will support the overall management of an enterprise digitization and process re-engineering program.
Position Overview:
The Enterprise Program PMO (Program Management Office) is a new position being created in business unit's division to support the day-to-day management of one of the key enterprise initiatives to accelerate the company's drive for digitizing customer interactions, automating business processes, and establishing an enterprise digital toolkit.
The PMO will be a member of a diverse team comprised of the company's business, operations and technology subject matter experts who have been brought together to identify, analyze, propose and vet common capability and/or process engineering solutions and ultimately oversee their implementation into the environment.

Reporting:
Coordinate the collection and reporting out on program-level metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to key stakeholders including the enterprise program office and CIOs across the firm Work across multiple business units to gather BU-specific process metrics and digital tool adoption metrics and provide monthly and quarterly updates to the enterprise program office Communication:
Design, build and execute quarterly executive updates on program health, risks, issues, dependences and results; presentations are PowerPoint based and executive-level quality Own status reporting and enterprise communications for the digital automation toolkit for the organization.
Development and maintenance in partnership with the Digital Toolkit team of a tracking system/database for meetings with Stakeholders and Centers of Influence to encourage awareness of the Toolkit and adoption of individual tools.
Includes sending follow-on communications and advising the Toolkit team on needed actions Organize and facilitate advisory councils Manage the stakeholder satisfaction surveys including research design, verbatim analysis (in partnership with other company's teams) and report out of results Co-manage (with the program leads) the digital portals and channels including program related Microsoft Teams sites and program websites.
Includes creation and publication of content for consumption Design, build and execute monthly newsletters in partnership with the program leads and Marketing Team Coordinate roadshows Capture customer success stories.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
