Position
Summary:
This position is a full-time dedicated resource (1 center) to implement and execute marketing programs, improve the customer experience and advance the objectives set forth in each property's Strategic Business Plan. This includes but is not limited to: marketing program fulfillments, community relations and retailer relations.
Responsibilities include the following:
Implementation and fulfillment of local/custom/corporate marketing programs. This includes but is not limited to:
Coordinate local retailer integration into national programs including retailer offers, sampling and demonstrations
Coordinate promotional elements such as reserving collateral space, ordering collateral and posting in the mall
Coordinate local fulfillment/documentation for sponsor obligations associated with national programs
Implementation and fulfillment of local/custom/corporate Holiday programs
Partner with Business Development and coordinate local retailer integration into national programs including retailer offers, sampling and demonstrations
Media requests/PR inquiries
Work with community groups and the coordination of local holiday performances
Oversight, maintenance and updating the social networking/integrated marketing mediums
Partner with Corporate Marketing for Whaler's Village website maintenance and update as necessary
Interface with community organizations to create a positive relationship between the center(s) and the community(ties); Coordinating community events as required
Maintain local media lists and distribute local news releases as necessary
Oversight of consumer research conducted at the center(s)
Main point of contact for GGP's consumer research department to schedule research programming in mall
Coordinate with security to ensure that research interviewers are not interrupted during data collection procedures
Coordinate any special physical requirements needed to conduct research
Ensure that all paperwork, insurance certificates, waivers, etc. are completed, executed properly and on file for all events held at the center(s)
Monitor and track customer suggestions/complaints; respond as directed by supervisor
Utilize the On Demand Toolkit andwork with the Field Communications Manager to ensure all in-mall signage and collateral is current and on campaign
Work with senior marketing manager on the following:
Strategic planning and execution of the marketing plan
Lease required advertising planning, execution and tracking
Social media management (Sprinklr, Medallia, Audit tool)
Event coordination and execution (weekly cultural events, movie nights, store blessings, farmers market, retailer events)
Marketing fund budget management and tracking
Barricade graphics management and implementation
Leasing support (ICSC materials, sales materials
Interaction with Kaanapali Resort business community
Attendance at community meetings (KBRA, Maui Visitors Bureau, Hawaii Tourism Authority, etc.) as necessary
Help support marketing efforts of the Whale Center of Hawaii
Administrative duties as required
Requirements
Qualifications include the following:
College degree in marketing preferred
1 - 3 years' experience in retail marketing or related marketing experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office experience and Internet familiarity required; Experience with graphics software preferred)
Strong team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Light supervisory experience preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
