Operations Officer

Accent Controls, Inc. is seeking a full-time Senior Administrative Support Specialist to fill a position at the System of Systems Engineering & Integration (SoSE&I) Directorate, located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning, organizing, tracking and reporting
Developing and managing:
action items;
multiple projects;
and, calendars and schedules.
Develop briefing slides on Microsoft PowerPoint
Facilitate high-level meetings and coordinate, monitor and manage action items
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of one consecutive year experience, background, and knowledge of planning, organizing, tracking and reporting on projects or organizations that had a budget of a minimum of $500,000.
EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
