We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Population Health Senior Vice President. This position is based at Florida Hospital in Orlando, FL.
This position provides the opportunity to be responsible for effectively managing and overseeing programs that prepare for or supportive of value based care arrangements. The Senior Vice President of Population Health works directly with the SEO in determining the strategic direction of the FHPN, and identifies interrelated conditions and factors that influence the health of populations over the life course, identifies systematic variations in their patterns of occurrence, and applies the resulting knowledge to develop and implement policies and actions to improve the health and well-being of those populations
Specific job duties include:
Ensure the programs, services and care models of the region support the various population health services strategies and risk/value based agreements with payers, employers, unions and individuals.
Works collaboratively to unify the entire spectrum of health system interventions from prevention and promotion to diagnosis, treatment and care and integrates and balances action between them.
Serves as the President/CEO of Florida Hospital Physician Network (FHPN) and provides strategic leadership and direction, network expansion and adequacy, care management services and related infrastructure as it relates to the population health/value based care arrangements.
Aims to improve the health of the entire population and to reduce health inequities among population groups.
Assists in the leadership and development of care providers who manage the related resources required to meet the needs of patients, physicians, the public and staff.
Ensures compliance with the organizational compliance plan and the rules and regulations of all applicable local, state, and federal agencies, and regulatory and accrediting bodies.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of five years of experience in a senior leadership role leading and managing complex organization change and performance improvement in a Population Health role.
Minimum of ten years of leadership experience.
Educational Requirements:
Master's Degree in business, healthcare administration or related field
Licensed Board Certified Physician Preferred (MD/DO)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
