Civil Lead - Wireless Crew
Broadband Telecom Services Inc. - Now hiring qualified civil leads with at least 3-5 years' experience in the cellular wireless tower industry . Jobs are located in MI,IN,IL, and surrounding areas.
Primary Responsibilities but not limited to: (A minimum of 3 years civil construction Experience.)
Build cell sites per SOW (Trenching, conduit, power, telco, concrete, platform's, etc.)
Installation of RF components (BTS, RRU's, TMA's, diplexers, etc.)
Capable of identifying essential materials and tools to carry out scope of work.
Read and implement project drawings and specifications.
Prioritize and organize work to maximize time efficiency with given deadlines.
Capture and prepare required close out documentation from the field correctly.
Work as a part of a team with the ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships / communication within a small group of co-workers.
Requirements:
Must be familiar with all aspects of civil construction on cell sites
Must be able to work at various heights
Must be capable of lifting in excess of 75 pounds
Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
Must have valid driver's license
Follow safety procedures/OSHA guidelines / qualified OSHA 10
RF Safety Awareness Certification
CPR/First Aid
High quality workmanship
Must be able to work overtime, including weekends and evening hours if asked.
Note: If you do not have the above required certifications, BTS will provide the necessary training to certify you.
Computer Skills:
Must have Microsoft Skills/Word/Excel
Must complete and submit Daily Reports
Must complete JSA (Job Safety Analysis) prior to each day's work
